Friday was an interesting day, we had a meeting with a person that came from the perfume industry and now has joined one of the world’s largest chocolate company called Barry Callebaut. It was great conversing about chocolate and perfume. I was just as fascinated hearing about the perfume industry as he was in tasting and delighting our new chocolate creations.

Willy Wonka’s new chocolate mirrors a chocolate Opera House. As one of the architectural wonders of the world it prompted more than a chocolate today when Willy Wonka finished his creation. He reminded me of a story about the Sydney Opera House from years ago. It was the words ‘No War ’. Chocolate artisans often make sculptures of famous icons from around the world. The Opera House represents the life of performing arts and culture in Australia. The significance of that single image communicated such a profound message of NO WAR made me reflect on how people want peace.

My graphic artist Ayca wants to create in 3D. Willy Wonka wants to create the chocolate. I just want eat the chocolate  ….oops …there goes another sample off his desk. The trilogy of two artists and a chocolate lover….!

How can one ever forget this movie ? and for those that have never seen the movie it was a big hit in 2000.
